I’m Chase Coleman, a former Division 1 football athlete turned marketer. After years of working in corporate marketing at companies like Starbucks, Nestlé, and Amazon, I realized I was unfulfilled. While those roles taught me valuable skills, they didn’t align with my deeper passion for helping people or building something truly meaningful.
In 2020, I began creating career advice content on Instagram and TikTok to help others navigate their professional journeys. Growing a community of over 150,000 people globally was incredibly rewarding, but it still wasn’t enough. I wanted to create something that could leave a lasting legacy—not just for others, but for my wife and our son
Growing up, I always knew I’d be bald—it was in my DNA. When the time came to shave my head, I hesitated, unsure of how to take the leap. But once I embraced baldness, I discovered a newfound confidence. What followed were questions I hadn’t anticipated: “What do you use on your head?” “Should bald men still use shampoo or face wash?” These questions led me to a surprising realization: there were no solutions tailored to bald men. That’s when the idea for Baldwin was born.
