Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. 5.2 Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, including but not limited to delays due to shipping carrier issues, weather, customs processing for international shipments, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

6.1 Return Policy You may return products within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases of damaged or defective products. We do not accept returns of final sale items, unless they are defective. 6.2 Refund Process Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
